Co-founder Jon Clayton has over 20 years experience in general management and consultancy, and current role includes Business Strategy and Business Development. His previous role as Operations Director, and Managing Director ensures that he a strong track record in achieving high quality delivery.

Co-founder Nick Stammers experience includes co-founding of Teleca UK in 1992, Managing Director of Teleca UK, and CEO of Teleca AB from its creation, building this into an international telecoms software consulting company of 2,800 staff in 15 countries. Nick left Teleca in 2004, to be co-founder of Mobica.

Mike Gibbons, Mobica’s Managing Director, has 20 years track record in delivering high technology expertise and quality delivery to the telecommunications and mobile industries. Previously Mike has built and managed a number of leading edge technology consulting companies working at the forefront of mobile technology,

Tomasz Krawczynski is Managing Director of Mobica’s Polish offices. Tomasz has successfully built and managed a wide range of outsourced teams for many of the world’s leading companies in the mobile industry.
