Mobica founder Nick Stammers has more than 20 years experience delivering high-tech software. Nick graduated in Computer Science in 1986 and started working as a techie software engineer. In 1992 he co-founded Teleca UK and as Managing Director built the company to 250 engineers. In 2001 Nick became CEO of Teleca AB from it’s creation and built it into an international Telecom software consulting company of 2800 staff in 15 countries.

Over the years Nick has personally developed and managed many complex software projects, recruited hundreds of software engineers, and built long-term relationships with customers throughout the industry. During this time he has learned the fundamentals of successful software projects and the importance of old fashioned values.

Mobica co-founder Jon Clayton has a strong commercial background and his previous experience includes Operations management for a major Multi-National, Management Consultancy and Business Development. 20 years of solid commercial experience is backed up by an MBA from one of the UK’s leading Business Schools.
